Terms of service

Last updated 23 September 2026

These are the rules for using Shop on Radar. They are the agreement between you and us, so they say plainly what we do, what we don’t, and what you can do if something goes wrong.

1. Who we are

Shop on Radar is run by Przemysław Rakowski, a one-person business registered in Poland, at ul. Zachodnia 33 lok. 14, 53-643 Wrocław, tax number NIP 8971888854, REGON 388224842.

Write to us at hello@shoponradar.com. It is also our single point of contact for users and for public authorities, in English or Polish.

2. What Shop on Radar is

A service delivered online that shows an online shop whether AI assistants recommend its products, who they recommend instead, and what to change. It is meant for running a business: the free check and the audit are for people who sell online.

We are in beta. For now a person asks the questions and writes every report by hand, which is why a free check takes 2–3 days. It consists of:

  • Your account: signing in and keeping your shop profile. Free.
  • The free check: one buyer question put to one AI assistant, with its answer emailed to you. Free.
  • The full audit: a set of buyer questions put to several assistants, a look at what they can read on your shop and who vouches for it, and a written report saying what to change first. Paid, at the price shown on the site.
  • Monthly tracking is shown on the site but not offered yet. These terms will cover it before it is.

3. What you need

A current web browser that allows cookies from this site, and an email address you can receive mail at. To sign in with Google, a Google account. There is nothing to install.

Every connection is encrypted, but like any service online, using the internet carries risks we cannot remove entirely. Keep your email account safe: whoever can read it can sign in as you.

4. Your account

You create an account by signing in with Google or with a link we email you. It costs nothing and lasts until you close it.

Tell us the truth about your shop: the free check and the audit are only as good as what they start from. Do not sign up in someone else’s name, or for a shop you have no right to act for.

You can close your account at any time by writing to hello@shoponradar.com. We can close an account that breaks these terms seriously or repeatedly, after telling you why and giving you a chance to put it right, unless the law or the seriousness of the breach rules that out.

5. The free check

When you finish setting up, we put the question marked Free check to one AI assistant and email you its answer in full: which shops it named, and whether yours was one of them. During the beta it arrives within 2–3 working days. It is free and commits you to nothing.

6. Ordering the full audit

You request the audit from your dashboard, giving the business details for the invoice. A request is not yet a contract: the contract is made when we confirm it by email, which we do within one working day.

The price is the one shown on the site when you request it, in euro. Prices on the site do not include VAT; VAT is added to the invoice where the law requires it. Anything agreed with you differently, such as a founding-shop price, is written in our confirmation.

We send the invoice with the confirmation. It is payable within 7 days, by bank transfer, or by card where we send a payment link.

We deliver the report by email, as a PDF, within 3 working days of the confirmation. If we cannot, we tell you when it will come, and you can cancel instead and have everything you paid refunded.

7. What the audit is, and what it is not

AI assistants do not give the same answer twice, and they change often. The report records what they said on the days we asked, quoted as they said it, with the date and the assistant. It is not our own statement about any shop, including the ones the assistants named.

The report says what to change and why. Making the changes is up to you or your developer. Nobody can promise that an assistant will recommend a shop, and we do not.

8. Withdrawing from the contract

If you are a consumer, or you run a one-person business and the audit is not of a professional nature for you (article 7aa of the Polish Consumer Rights Act), you can withdraw within 14 days of the contract being made, without giving a reason, by writing to hello@shoponradar.com. We refund you within 14 days, the same way you paid.

The audit is a service made for your shop. When you request it, you ask us to start as soon as we confirm, and you confirm you know that you lose the right to withdraw once the report is delivered. If you withdraw before then, you pay for the part of the work already done.

Companies, and sole traders buying in their professional capacity, have no statutory right to withdraw. We will still refund an audit we have not started, if you ask.

9. Complaints

If something is wrong — the service did not work, the report lacks something we promised, or an invoice is wrong — write to hello@shoponradar.com, say what happened and what you would like us to do. We reply within 14 days.

If you are a consumer, or one of the sole traders described in section 8, the rules on digital services in chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act apply: if the service does not conform to the contract, you can ask us to bring it into conformity, and if that is not possible, for a lower price or to end the contract.

A consumer who disagrees with our answer can ask a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa) for help. It costs nothing and does not take away the right to go to court.

10. What you may not do

Use the service lawfully and for what it is for. In particular, do not:

  • give us content that is unlawful, or that you have no right to give,
  • try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or disrupt the service,
  • use the service, its questions or its reports to mislead anyone about another business.

11. Reporting unlawful content

If you find content in the service that you believe is unlawful, write to hello@shoponradar.com saying where it is and why you believe it is unlawful, with your name and email address. We look at every report promptly. If we remove content or restrict access to it, we tell the person concerned why, and how to contest the decision.

12. Our liability

Towards consumers, and the sole traders described in section 8, we are liable as the law provides, and nothing in these terms limits that.

Towards other businesses, our total liability for claims connected with an audit is limited to the price paid for it, and does not cover lost profits. This limit does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence. For them, the free account and the free check are provided as they are.

13. Your data, and the report

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice, at shoponradar.com/en/privacy.

What you tell us about your shop stays yours; you let us use it to provide the service to you. The report is yours to use in your business however you like.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for a good reason: a change in the law, a change to the service, or the need to protect users. We email you at least 14 days before a change takes effect. If you do not accept it, you can close your account before then. A change never affects an audit already confirmed.

15. Law, disputes and language

These terms are governed by Polish law. A consumer keeps the protection of the law of the country they live in, where it gives them more.

Disputes with businesses go to the court for our registered address. A consumer can bring a claim in any court the general rules allow.

These terms are published in Polish and English. If the two versions ever differ, the Polish one applies.
