AI is already recommending your competitors
Your buyers have stopped searching and started asking. When someone asks ChatGPT which product to buy, a handful of shops get named — and the rest may as well not exist. Find out whether yours is one of them.

Three shops stand out for wide-fit waterproof boots in that range:
Illustration. A real audit records the shops AI actually named for your products.
Search didn't die. It moved.
Google gave every shopper ten links and let them choose. An AI assistant gives them two or three recommendations and a reason to trust each one. There is no page two. If your products are not in that answer, you are not in the running — and you will never see it in your analytics, because the visit never happens.
Shoppers ask. They no longer search.
"Best waterproof hiking boots for wide feet under €150" is now a question people put to a chatbot, not a search bar. They get an answer, not a list of options to work through.
Most shops can't be read by AI
If an AI can't reach your pages, or can't work out your price, stock and reviews, it won't risk recommending you. It names a shop it understands instead.
You can't see it happening
Nobody arrives, so nothing appears in your analytics. The loss stays invisible until you compare yourself against whoever is being recommended in your place.
How Shop on Radar works
Two checks. One report you can act on the same afternoon.
Add your shop
Paste your shop’s address. Any platform works — Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop or something built for you. We read your public pages exactly as an AI would.
Choose your products
Pick the products or categories that matter most to your business. You don’t have to audit everything to find out what’s wrong.
We check what AI can actually read
Whether AI assistants are allowed onto your site at all, whether your product labels are complete and correct, and whether your titles, descriptions, images, prices and reviews give AI enough to go on.
We ask real shopper questions
We write the questions your buyers would actually ask — edit them or add your own — then put them to ChatGPT and record who gets recommended. If it isn’t you, we find out who, and why.
What you get
A report written for a shop owner, not a developer.
- AI access
- Product labels
- Product information
Why not a general AI-visibility tool?
We audit products, not just brands
Most tools count how often your brand name comes up. That is a marketing metric. We check whether your individual products get recommended, because that is what actually gets bought.
We tell you why you lost
Knowing you are invisible doesn’t help you. We show you which shop was recommended instead, what they did better, and exactly what to change.

Questions
Do I need to be technical?
No. The report is written in plain language, and every fix comes with instructions you can follow yourself or forward to whoever manages your site.
Which AI do you test?
At launch we test ChatGPT, through OpenAI — that is where most shopping questions are being asked today. Shop on Radar is built so we can add other assistants later.
Does it work with my platform?
Yes. We read your public pages the same way an AI does, so it makes no difference whether you are on Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop or something built for you.
Is there a free trial?
No. There is no free tier and no free sample audit — a real audit costs us real money to run, and we would rather charge fairly than water it down. The example report above shows exactly what you would get.
What languages do you support?
English and Polish, throughout — the app, the questions we put to AI, the report and the PDF. You choose the language for each shop.
Will you fix my shop for me?
The report tells you precisely what is wrong and how to put it right. The work itself is yours or your developer’s, and that is what keeps us honest about what is actually broken. It is not part of what Shop on Radar sells. But if you would rather somebody else did it, ask — we will look at what your shop needs and price it as a separate job.
